Where We Sculpt

In the best possible way.

This is the core of Haven. Sculpting, shaping, and strengthening through intelligent, resistance-led movement. You will target muscles you forgot existed and leave feeling taller and stronger.

Equipment: Most classes use light weights (3-15 lbs), ankle weights, and a resistance band. Modifications always provided.
